- When can I move in?
- Move-in ready homes are available now. Our first building is complete, with additional homes coming online in the weeks ahead. Contact us for current availability and we'll help you find a home that fits your timeline.
- What floor plans are available?
- We offer luxurious, spacious one bedroom / one bath and two bedroom / two bath apartment homes, each with an open layout, 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, GE appliances, and a private patio or balcony.
- How much is rent?
- Reach out for current pricing on available homes — we're happy to share rates and any current specials. Pricing is subject to change and does not constitute an offer or contract.
- Do you allow pets?
- Yes, Skyrise Villas is a pet-friendly community with a dog park. Specific pet policies, breed guidelines, and any deposits or fees will be confirmed at leasing. Reach out and we'll share the current policy.
- Do you offer short-term leases?
- Flexible lease terms, including short-term options, may be available. Contact us for current terms and availability.
- How do I apply?
- Applications and leasing are handled by our management partner, Redfearn Property Management. When you're ready, use the Apply Now link and you'll be taken to Redfearn to complete your application.
- Where is Skyrise Villas located?
- We're at 330 E Burton Rd in Mt Pleasant, Texas (Titus County), with easy access to US-271 and I-30, local schools, shopping, and Lake Bob Sandlin.
